Prepare for Outdoor Adventures with Help from these Sources

The Bug Bite Thing is the perfect addition to your packing or preparation list for outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, picnicking or just a backyard barbecue. To help you prepare for these events we thought we’d share some of our favorite resources we use when getting ready to enjoy the outdoors. We like a list we can print. So this list is a go to for camping. You can edit to include your family favorites and the Bug Bite Thing to ensure your family has a great time camping.

If you’re more the digital type and do everything on the web or your phone, Real Simple has a great camping list with interactive checkboxes. Makes it easy to track your process. They also offer an app. The app will let you edit the list to ensure you are including the right bug bite relief and other favorites.

Going for a day hike? There’s a list for that. There are actually a ton of them but this hiking list is a great reminder of what to bring in your day bag. Don’t forget to throw in your Bug Bite Thing. Depending on where you are hiking, you may run into mosquitoes, bees or wasps along the way. We’d rather you didn’t have to suffer until you got back to your car or house. The Bug Bite Thing in your day bag will ensure relief is close at hand.

Another great hiking pack list with printable option.

Don’t worry. You don’t have to be a camper or an avid hiker to enjoy the relief from bug bites and stings. The Bug Bite Thing works at a picnic or in the backyard too. Preparing for a picnic? This list is a great start.

Here is another list. It’s short and sweet with just enough detail to help you plan. http://www.outdora.com/espichli.html

We hope you find these lists as valuable as we do. If you have lists you already use, we’d love to hear about them. Please share on our Facebook page

Here’s to your next adventure,
The Bug Bite Team
